Horlbeck Capital Management, LLC is an investment boutique with approximately
$88 million of institutional and private funds under management.
Founded in 2002 by Todd Horlbeck, who has over 16 years of
experience in the professional investment business, we invest
using value criteria to identify individual stocks and bonds,
and then attempt to invest with the most opportunistic timing.
Simply put, our goal is to provide superior returns while
limiting risk as much as possible. This establishes a “margin
of safety”, which is described by Benjamin Graham in
Security
Analysis, (1934).
